Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PalletIndex website (palletindex.co) and any data, reports or APIs made available through it (the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Information service only

PalletIndex publishes benchmark estimates of warehouse pricing and occupancy in the United Kingdom. The Service is provided for general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or commercial advice and must not be used as the sole basis for any transaction.

2. Accuracy and availability

We use reasonable care to compile the benchmarks but make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Index values are estimates derived from aggregated data and are subject to revision. The Service may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

3. Permitted use

• You may view the website and any sample data published on it.
• You may not scrape, redistribute, resell or republish any data without a written licence.
• You may quote individual index values in editorial or research with attribution to "PalletIndex".

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are governed by a separate data licence agreement. Where there is a conflict, the data licence agreement prevails.

5. Intellectual property

All content, indices, methodology and branding are owned by PalletIndex Ltd or its licensors. The name "PalletIndex" and associated marks are protected.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalletIndex excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
